BASIC CONDITIONS
- i take full upfront payment via paypal or bank transfer once the quote is agreed
- it is very helpful to be able to IM you during the enquiry and updates, either via twitter DM or discord! tup#7733
- full refunds are avaliable before i have started work, only partial refunds avaliable after
- if you're planning on resale of the art, please make it clear BEFORE we decide on a quote
- inform me of the time frame you are expecting; max wait time is 30 days
- updates are ALWAYS sent without prompting on art $50+
- ask me for updates anytime! your patience is extremely valued.

WON'T DRAW
- explicitly sexual content
- extremely complex mecha or full vehiclesWILL DRAW
- animals, monsters, humans, ponies, ocs, characters from games/shows, anthro, mascots,
- mild and extreme gore/blood but the more extreme the more liberty i will takeplease keep in mind there are some things that will raise the price, like complex designs or props. see PABC near the bottom of the prices page.there is a rush charge of $10 if you want it completed within 7 days of payment. anything less than that (min 3) can be up to $20
all payment via paypal must be sent through goods/services
PERMISSIONS AND USAGE
once a piece is completed, ONLY the client may use it for...
- profile pictures, banners, reposting (credited as "@tuplepaw")
- personal printing (not for redistribution)
DO NOT
- share/publish INCOMPLETE pieces in any of the above ways
- claim my artwork as your own, or accredit any other source than "@tuplepaw"
HOW I USE THE PIECE YOU COMMISSIONED
- on sites like this, in portfolios or for proof of my work
- uploading it to twitter and other social media platforms to promote my work

PRIVACY
LEVELS OF PRIVACY - pick which one suits you!
- Level 1 (default) - i am able to share incomplete and complete versions publicly, on my twitter or elswhere. i may link you as the client in the tweet
- Level 2 - i am able to share incomplete and complete versions publicly, on my twitter or elswhere. you remain anonymous
- Level 3 - i am unable to share it publicly.
wait times
the normal wait times between initial contact and completion are maximum 30 days.
if there are delays, i'll usually post about it. please ask me for updates on the queue ^_^last updated 21/06/22 - I have finished my uni deadline, I am back to work!
